Meet our Seekers
Luisa Bradshaw / Ecstatic Dance
Luisa Bradshaw is a Breathwork practitioner and conscious DJ. She trained as a rebirther over 20 years ago and have been on a journey with breath and music ever since. Luisa has a huge passion for creating waves of music for Breathwork and ecstatic dance that take people on journey, to their truth. I believe using a combination of breath and sound and movement we can release trauma from our body in a powerful, quite often euphoric way.
A wave of music earthy, shamanic, heart opening, tribal, slow, fast… getting out of the head and into the body. Where we allow our bodies to move in whatever way they want. This is not ‘dance’ this is a free expression of self.

During the pandemic Ben decided to expand on his passion for health and movement by studying courses, deepening his knowledge so he could begin to share the practices he learnt and help others realise their potential.
Ben found that the best approach to a healthy body is to really understand it. It inspired him to progress from his PT qualification by studying mobility and functional movement with senior teachers, Dr, Andreo A. Spina & Dewey Nielson. To deepen his understanding of how our bodies move Ben extended his studies into human biomechanics completing a course by Danish human biomechanics specialist Mads Tömörkènyi alongside studying our fascia and myofascia through Tom Myers Anatomy Trains system. Part of Ben’s mission is to try and find movement practices and exercise that you will enjoy to get the most out of your fitness journey.
