Meet Our Healers
Rachel Whitehead / SOMA Breath
Rachel from Release – Find Peace is an EFT (tapping) and Matrix reimprinting therapist and a SOMA Breathwork instructor.
16 years ago Rachel faced a personal crisis. Unable to find answers in the medical community she ventured onto a path of healing that would eventually become a career. She discovered that she had all that she needed to heal, and created her own personal bag of tools. Armed with this she became passionate about guiding people to their own healing thus reawakening their own power to not only survive but thrive. This is summed up in her favourite quote from Rumi,
‘you wander from room to room, hunting for the diamond necklace that is already around your neck’.
Discover SOMA breath with Rachel. Combining powerful breathing techniques and rhythmic, next level, DJ created brain entrainment music, this breathwork will transport you into a deep state of meditation that allows us to rewire our thought patterning and awaken the inner pharmacy that is available to every single one of us.

Zoe Hatch / Barefoot Singing
Barefoot Singing led by Zoe from Sound and Song. Journey more deeply into the world of singing in this profound vocal workshop that gives you the opportunity to process, heal and grow. Singing is an incredible journey of self discovery. It’s a whole body experience that enables us to get in touch with and express every part of ourselves. It’s a way to tune in, to listen and to give voice to our experience. When we use sound in playful and creative ways, we find new vocabulary, we can release and move on from the old and welcome in the new. We can become who we really are. Shy singers, non-singers and karaoke divas are all welcome to this inclusive workshop. You will be expertly guided towards building textured layers of harmony so that everyone can feel the warmth and resonance that comes when we bring our voices together. Sound and Song is a community interest company that uses song to facilitate health and wellbeing. We recognise that singing is a fundamental part of being human. It’s an essential piece of life’s jigsaw puzzle and we can’t quite be our whole wonderful selves without it, so we delight in creating opportunities for you to find your voice and to experience the joy of singing with others.
The session will be led by our founder Zoe Hatch - a warm, dynamic and engaging songstress and workshop facilitator. Singing together is such a special experience - we look forward to welcoming you.

Rebecca Whittaker / Grounding Somatic Practice
Release Stress & Tension Naturally - a somatic/body based workshop
I work with individuals (on a group or one to one basis) who experience symptoms of stress or trauma such as anxiety, depression and physical illnesses using various modalities that I have trained in over the last 20yrs. I have a background in coaching and nutrition and use these skills alongside TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), Havening and sound therapy to rebalance the ANS (autonomic nervous system) and bring the body, mind and soul into alignment. Our modern day lifestyles and choices mean that we are seeing and evergrowing, exponential explosion in these symptoms including mental health and a huge rise in self harming and suicides. Havening and other self-help modalities are the key to the future.
