Meet Our Family Facilitators

Fizz Yasin / Family Yoga

Fizz has become a local phenomenon yogi, constantly sharing her smile and joy right from the core of her heart. Whether that's through her yoga & mindfulness teaching, her heart- led wellbeing coaching, her children's entertaining or simply from being a real honest human and patient advocate in the healthcare setting. She got the spirit to shine so bright!!

Fizz was born with a rare form of congenital heart disease - called TOF. She has undergone many lifesaving open heart surgeries that have kept that beat dancing with the rhythm of life. The scar down her chest is her greatest gift. She forever lives by the ethos to help others find their Fizz and inspire others to take care of their heart health and to bring their inner child to life! Through movement and joy - we power that heart up to keep living life to the full! Because no one knows when that heart will suddenly stop dancing and beating! Her flow came from the beat of her heart! "

Hanna on Hands / Handstands

DISCOVER THE WORLD OF HANDSTAND!! We are pleased and excited to host Hannaonhands workshop at our festival again this year. Whether you have have never attempted one before or been handstanding for years, Hanna will guide you and give you something new to try! Hanna, fell in love with handstands back in 2017 and has trained with and continues to practice with some world-renowned handstand teachers, and feels very honoured to be a regular student of Sainaa (London School of Hand- Balance), Miguel Sant’ana and Yuval Ayalon. This workshop is aimed at beginners and intermediates to give them a taste of the upside-down world of handstands. As there will be no wall space, the workshop will be limited to floor work and kick-ups, with partners supporting for safety. She will go through some flexibility and mobility exercises, dynamic warm-up exercises, useful drills, techniques and explain the importance of these in relation to being able to get into, hold, and one day be in a beautiful straight handstand. Most importantly, have some fun and give it ago; you never know, you may also catch the bug. “I am very excited to share my passion and knowledge with my students and let them discover the amazing upside-down world."
