Benny Chandler / Animal Flow

Get into your body with Animal Flow®️ is a fluid way of moving that can enhance strength, stability, and mobility. For some people, it's a form of meditation. It’s is a ground-based, bodyweight movement system that’s super fun and a good challenge for the mind and body!

Ben found that the best approach to a healthy body is to really understand it. It inspired him to progress from his PT qualification by studying mobility and functional movement with senior teachers, Dr, Andreo A. Spina & Dewey Nielson. To deepen his understanding of how our bodies move Ben extended his studies into human biomechanics completing a course by Danish human biomechanics specialist Mads Tömörkènyi alongside studying our fascia and myofascia through Tom Myers Anatomy Trains system. Part of Ben’s mission is to try and find movement practices and exercise that you will enjoy to get the most out of your fitness journey.

Charmaine / Sustainability Cook Along

Nutrition and Sustainability Cooking Classes

Dedicated to supporting others to make permanent, positive changes to their lives spurred Charmaine on to begin Khepera CIC (Khepera means transformation in Egyptian). Following years of poor health, which interrupted daily activities, work & relationships, Charmaine decided to take control of her health. This led to the realisation that with the relevant information and support people can truly transform their health…. body, mind & life!! Since starting Khepera, in 2015, she has been able to educate & support individuals on practical nutrition through cooking, sharing the physical & emotional benefits of optimum health. The confidence gained by making small changes, helped Charmaine to make the necessary lifestyle changes to improve her health & life. Helping others understand that we all have the power within to transform our lives is her mission!! Charmaine will offer a cooking class on the Saturday and a cooking demo and talk on the Sunday of the festival showing how adopting food sustainability practices, prioritizing nutrition through whole foods, and learning cooking skills can lead to a healthier population, reduced environmental impact, and increased food security.
